Aerotek offers a competitive base salary of $33,000 to start, plus unlimited earning potential through commissions. We also have a full suite of benefits including health, dental, vision, 401K and paid time off. Employees that exceed expectations are eligible for quarterly and yearly cash bonuses as well as all-expense paid incentives trips.
