Aerotek is hiring Customer Service Specialists for a client in the Brentwood area.

Duties Include: Interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about services, open accounts, and adjust billing inquiries.

Responsibilities include determining the clients issue, offer solutions or providing follow-up as needed. May be inbound, outbound or a combination of both.


Education/Experience
o High School Diploma or GED required
o Minimum of 1 year customer service call center or 2 years of administrative/clerical/data entry

Skills
o Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, customer service skills and interpersonal skills (Required)
o Ability to work independently and manage ones time (Required)
o Ability to accurately document and record customer/client information (Required)

Major Job Duties and Responsibilities:
o Resolve customers service or billing inquiries
o Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation
o Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken
o Open new client accounts and assist with new client inquiries as needed

Hours

o Second shift hours with the shift beginning anywhere from 11 a.m.-3 p.m.
