The facilities maintenance technician will perform preventative maintenance (PM) checks and minor repairs on production, facilities, and other equipment in an aircraft hangar environment.

The facilities maintenance technician will perform maintenance tasks, inspections, installations, repairs and modifications on equipment. The facilities maintenance technician will perform duties including painting, pipe fitting, heating, air conditioning, carpentry and electrical work. The facilities maintenance technician will maintain coolant and lubricant levels required per specifications, assist in developing preventative maintenance (PM) schedules and support safety rules, follow safe work procedures and wear PPE as required. The facilities maintenance technician will also be responsible to assist other maintenance personnel when necessary, contact service contractors when major building maintenance and repair work is required and perform other duties as assigned.

The most qualified facilities maintenance technician will have three (3)+ years of related experience performing facilities maintenance in a commercial, industrial or manufacturing environment.

This is a full time position. Due to client company requirements, this position requires a valid U.S. Driver's License and a verifiable high school diploma, GED or equivalent for consideration.
