The General Call Center Job Description:
Handle consumer requests by inbound/outbound phone, email and chat communication relating to orders, status, requests, and general information. Customer service requests include expedites, changes, reworks, exchanges, status, billing questions and payments, etc.
Hours: candidates will work 35 to 40 hours per/wk.
General hours: 8:00am to 7:00pm (you will be working 8 hour shifts between the hours of 8:00am and 7:00pm. Most the time people will be scheduled from 8am until 5pm. However, once or twice a week they may need people to be scheduled until 7pm. Schedules will be given to the contractors a week prior.
Overtime (between Oct. and March)
Monday through Friday 8:30am - 5pm.
