Responsible for the development and execution of department Capital and Expense budgets. Oversees development and implementation of all Loss Prevention goods and services such as New Stores / Remodels, Shrink Reduction Initiatives, CCTV technology, ect. Matches Physical Security strategies to current and future investigative methodologies. Responsible for the development and growth of a centralized Loss Prevention strategy. Collaborates with VPLP and Loss Prevention AVP's on the selection of vendors and technology utilized in stores and distribution centers. Oversees the management of physical security department.

Major Areas of Responsibility Collaborates with VPLP and AVP's Loss Prevention on the development and management of their department budget which exceeds $80 million. Oversees the acquisition, installation and maintenance of all equipment used to protect company assets in stores and distribution centers. Oversees the development and implementation of systems and software utilized in the day to day operation of the Loss Prevention department. Collaborates with other business units to create efficiencies and deliver results utilizing centralized video strategies.

Provides support in areas of responsibility for all stores and distribution centers within Marmaxx. Provides shared services support as requested for all domestic TJX Companies. Communicates with all levels of management in almost every department in the company regarding LP/Company projects/initiatives.

Responsible for the development and implementation for many department initiatives, i.e., Shrink Reduction. CCTV, Alarm Systems, ect.

Hiring/firing direct reports and indirect reports, protection for new / existing stores, technology and equipment receommendations, etc.

Minimum formal education, if any, required to perform this job e.g., Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Law Degree).

Minimum job skills required to perform this job (for example: programming languages, strong interpersonal skills, computer software packages).
