As a Business Analyst, you'll have the responsibility for gathering, documenting and creating the Business and / or Functional Requirements necessary for technology solutions that meet customer needs, expected delivery dates, and exceptional quality standards. Primary Responsibilities:
Gather and document business requirements
Translate business requirement into product specific detailed user stories and use cases
Perform review of the business and software requirements with the stakeholders and make updates accordingly
Work closely with a highly synergized team of developers, QA, PMs and other technical resources
Assist in developing functional specification, design, documents, clinical process workflow and related documentation for new development projects and/or enhancements and modifications requests
Participate in user focus groups and requirements workshops, internal training and demonstrations

Requirements
Required Qualifications:
1+ years of experience in Business Analysis with a solid understanding of data storage structures
1+ years of experience gathering formal requirements from the client/business and documenting them in a clear, concise manner
Intermediate level of proficiency with PC based software programs and automated database management systems (Excel, Access, PowerPoint)
Experience in analysis of business process and workflow and providing evaluation, benchmark and / or process improvement recommendations
1+ years of experience with project methodologies (requirements, design, development, test and implementation)
Excellent written and verbal communication, with active listening and summarizations skills
Preferred Qualifications:
1+ years of experience in the healthcare industry
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Health Administration or related field
Experience or understanding of clinical data interoperability standards such as HL7
