Use your sharp analytical skills to help us conduct and manage outcomes of various studies which include reviewing, forecasting, trending, and presenting information for operational and business planning! Support short and long term operational/strategic business activities by developing, enhancing and maintaining operational information and models. Also develop and implement effective/strategic business solutions through research and analysis of data and business processes.
 
Primary Responsibilities:

Facilitate conversations with vendors and other outside sources
Write business requirements, transform and test data
Work with vendors to resolve any problems or issues regarding requirements
Manage carrier relationships and the intake of data on behalf of clients
Evaluate the integrity of data based on industry norms or client specifications
Assist in the conversion of internal processes from manual to automated through coding and programming

Requirements

Required Qualifications:


Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Health Administration or equivalent experience
3+ years of data / business analysis and requirements gathering experience
1+ years of healthcare industry experience
1+ years of experience working with relational databases and database structures
Intermediate level of proficiency with PC based software programs and automated database management systems (Excel, Access, PowerPoint)
Demonstrated experience with process improvement, workflow, benchmarking and / or evaluation of business processes
Excellent communication, time/project management, problem solving, organizational, and analytical skills  
Preferred Qualifications:

Client facing experience
Project management experience
Data warehousing experience
Experience with healthcare claims data
Experience managing multiple priorities
