General Description:


Our client is seeking a results-oriented and highly motivated individual to help us grow our independent service provider network. The Contractor Recruitment Specialist executes business to business recruiting initiatives to develop relationships with independent contractors and increase service provider network memberships. This position will work as part of a team to target prospective members, and manage these leads through the completion of the enrollment process. In addition, as needed, they will participate in coordinating the assignment of service requests to a qualified service provider.


Summary of Responsibilities:


- Develop CCHS Service Provider Network Membership.
- Contact prospective service company leads to introduce them to the benefits of becoming a member of the CCHS Service Provider Network.
- They may also be searching the internet for service provider in certain areas and contacting them directly.
- Educate them on membership requirements, qualify and enroll them in the CCHS network.
- Prepare, deliver, receive, review and process service provider enrollment application(s), including credentialing.
- Manage pipeline of applications in progress to facilitate enrollment within appropriate time frames and meet departmental enrollment productivity goals.
- Ability to strategically plan and prioritize efforts to achieve enrollment goals.
- Establish service provider profile by entering data into computer and sorting/filing enrollment files alphabetically, chronologically, and numerically with minimal errors.
- Identify and interpret State and local regulatory contractor licensing standards for territories within the assigned region.
- Evaluate contractor applications for accurate and current credentials including satisfactory insurance coverage and regulatory licensure/certifications for the trade or services performed.
- Maintain current, accurate enrollment files containing application(s) and all required supporting documentation (i.e. regulatory and business licenses, IRS W-9 tax reporting form, Certificates of Liability coverage, etc.)
- Verify forms/documents received have necessary information in appropriate locations with minimal errors.
- Participate on various Service Network Projects as needed to support current department and / or CCHS initiatives.

- Data entry/Typing skills of at least 35 WPM
- Basic PC knowledge, internet usage preferred, proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
