Part Time Sales Opportunities - This position ensures customers have a welcoming and quality experience in the store at all times. The Sales Associate plays a key role in creating and maintaining a selling focus in the store. In order to ensure the success of the store, the Sales Associate will be held accountable to achieving personal and Company directed sales goals. Basic qualifications required to be considered for this role include: previous customer service related work experience. Ideal candidates will possess exceptional interpersonal and communication skills as well as the ability to achieve individual selling goals and metrics.

Part Time Support Opportunities -- In order to support and ensure the success of the selling environment, this position assists in floor set planning and execution in addition to maintaining store merchandising standards and visual expectations. The individual could be responsible for 2-3 stores. Basic qualifications required to be considered for this role include: previous customer service and merchandising, stock or visual related work experience. Ideal candidates will be available for select travel and will be available to work flexible hours including early mornings, nights and weekends.

Full Time and Part Time Management - Top performing Managers are outgoing, engaging, and determined to achieve results. They understand the key business drivers and adjust the business accordingly. At the same time, they slow down enough to carefully evaluate information and trends, and focus on customers and associates. Our Managers drive execution in the store through coaching of associates which results in a consistent and positive customer experience and profitable top-line sales growth. Basic qualifications required to be considered for this role include: a minimum of 2-3 years work experience in specialty, luxury goods or a comparable retail environment; and prior sales management experience. Ideal candidates will possess a proven ability to drive sales results, analyze selling reports, identify business trends and react quickly to the needs of the business. Additionally the ideal candidate will have the ability to make decisions addressing complex issues; identify, train, develop and retain top talent; and mediate conflict within a team-environment.
