This position includes:
- Provide Exceptional Customer Service with Every Existing and Potential Customer
- Assist Customers Daily with their Purchases, Services, and Billing Issues
- Educate Customers on all Services Offered, Exhibiting Exceptional Product Knowledge
- Provide Product/Service support in order to Establish Proper Channels of Communication
