We are searching for an innovative finance and analytics professional to join our experienced team. This creative role offers an excellent opportunity to directly impact an innovative function and secure your future with an industry leader. The Healthcare Economics Consultant will support Physician Incentive / Performance Based Contracting which is a corporate initiative that that has been implemented in our various markets across the U.S. Primary Responsibilities:

Develop, monitor, and evolve the payment incentive model
Support complex contractual financial arrangements
Provide data analysis, contract auditing, and metrics reporting to management
Performing reconciliations to determine if physicians have met contractual obligations
Develop, analyze and monitor new, routine and ad hoc reports
Work independently and interact with external constituencies

Requirements


Required Qualifications:


2 + years of financial analysis experience
Proficient with MS Excel for data analysis and presentation
Ability to work with and manage large amounts of data
Strong facilitation, critical thinking, problem solving, decision making and analytical skills
Excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills
Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
 Preferred Qualifications:

Medical cost or healthcare financial analysis experience
Experience with SQL or SAS for data extraction and manipulation
Proficient with MS Access
Experience with relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server, Visual Basic, DB2)
