This position has responsibility for intersegment budget planning and analysis, month close and bid modeling.
Primary Responsibilities:

Responsible for preparation of intersegment forecasts and budgets
Work with other segments to reconcile forecasts
Collaborate with other segments to share information on forecast assumptions, drivers, and variance explanations
Develop and maintain month close and forecast reporting to clearly communicate variances and drivers
Create and maintain quarterly reporting
Maintain intersegment bid models and produce bid reporting
Complete MLR reporting
Maintain intersegment agreement inventory
Handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Assist in ad hoc requests from management
Recommend and drive process improvements
Develop innovative approaches
Sought out as expert
Work collaboratively and influence across a matrix environment to drive revenue enhancement and expense management initiatives

Requirements

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in finance or related field
3+ years of financial experience
Advanced level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel
Strong communication skills at all levels of an organization
Ability to work collaboratively and influence across a matrix environment
Financial acumen
 Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Hyperion Essbase
Financial planning and analysis experience
Experience working with general ledger data
