Client Services Representative Lead

LOCATION: Lake Oswego, OR

SALARY: $17-$18 hour

JOB DESCRIPTION: Do you have experience in the medical field? Are you a natural born leader? Do you have exceptional communication skills? Our client is seeking stellar individuals to join their growing team! The Client Services Representative Lead will be responsible for a group of client service associates, schedulers and document imaging clerks. It will be their responsibility to learn all aspects of the department and guide those in the completion of their job duties and functions. This person will be assisting the support of multiple physicians in the creation of charts, scheduling patients and follow up documentation and imaging from appointments. The successful person in this role will have excellent communication skills, be technically savvy and have the ability to supervise and lead individuals. Exposure to the medical environment in a work setting would be highly beneficial and preferred.
