Production Associate -1st

Opening on a production line on the 1st shift 5am-3:30pm starting at 10/hr and 2nd shift 3:30-2am.

Monday - Thursday with potential over-time on Fridays.

Three Must Haves:
-Every candidate must report to work, on time every day. Attendance is the most important aspect of the role.
- Candidates must work quickly, with the speed of the line and stay busy when line is not in motion.
- Working well on a team is crucial to the role, being able to work any position on the line is a valuable asset to Nutrablend.

Team memebers will be working with 12-14 other people on the production line, focusing on one aspect of the protein bottling / bagging process. They will build their workload based on the production schedule during each shift.
Team members will be responsible for a particular role for an allotted time, switching when necessary. everyone will learn each position on the line, so they can cover when needed and serve the team best.
