Seeking a Solidworks Drafter for a position located in the West Metro area. This is a Contract to Hire opportunity. Must have at least one year of working Solidworks experience.
Responsibilities include:
- Complete project reviews to provide feedback and identify potential issues during project kick-off.
- Provide full drafting package and details to meet project scope through all phases of the project.
- Ability to model all aspects of products and projects within standard time or productivity.
- Complete product designs for common or standard product offerings.
- Complete full bill of material (BOM) structures and details for accurate pack and pick lists.
- Support and maintain proper documentation for all drawings, designs, and models. Following documentation procedures effectively and accurately.
- Work with Project Management to provide the design support needed to meet specification and customer expectations.
- Utilize existing components, assemblies, and designs to be effective and productive.
- Provide drafting and design direction on a project to support designers/drafters.
