  • Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university and 2 years related experience strongly preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience (Master's degree a plus)
  • Ability to effectively respond to and interact with all levels of organizational staff.
  • Superior presentation/facilitation, organizational, analytical, interpersonal and written/oral communication skills.
  • Flexible and innovative leadership philosophy that allows you to drive responsibilities and priorities in a fast paced, growth-oriented and time-critical environment.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with Internal and External business partners.

Your daily duties are typically defined as:

  • Overseeing overall daily resource management performance by knowing the installation, inventory, and subcontractor resources of the assigned area of the country and allocating work orders accordingly.
  • Partnering with internal Region Managers and external 3rd Party providers to ensure maximum productivity of their workforce by analyzing and organizing resource planning operations and procedures, such as: productivity reporting/tracking, preparation of payrolls, personnel, information management, filing systems, requisition of supplies, and other organizational services.
  • Leading a department of 45-55 resource coordination employees, including four supervisors. Coaching and mentoring on all related activities (training, hiring, performance appraisals, and terminations).
  • Managing all aspects of customer service including escalated calls, schedule reminder calls, and post installation survey calls through proficient use of appropriate software applications. Consistently researching and developing resources that create timely and efficient workflows.
  • Managing activities of various workers within department, including department agendas, staff meetings, and department head meetings.
  • Monitoring total daily quota of field operations service calls in various areas of across the country; and maintaining constant visibility and tracking of all technicians throughout the day.
