Occupational Health Nurse Job

Occupational Health Nurse needed for a long term contract opportunity with Yoh's client located in Deepwater, NJ.

Top Skills You Should Possess:

* LPN or RN
* Occupational health experience

What You'll Be Doing:

* Provides nursing treatment of work-related injury and illness
* Assists in administration of case management for prolonged or complex illnesses/injuries
* Maintains medical records in accordance with established guidelines
* Performs medical screenings such as drug and alcohol, vision, blood pressure, audiograms, respirator and pulmonary function tests
* Ensures compliance with regulatory and corporate guidelines
* Communicates with employees, line management and health care providers on health and fitness-for-duty issues
* Implements wellness and prevention programs
* Coordinates activities with Occupational Health, Safety, and Human Resources
* Performs work site visits and maintains current knowledge of local hazards, toxicity of materials and relevant emergency medical care
* Assists in preparing patients for off-site transport during medical emergencies.

What You Need to Bring to the Table:

* LPN or RN
* Occupational health experience

* RN
