Winchester's newest restaurant, The Waterfield Kitchen [TWK], which just opened last month, is currently looking for an organized, commanding person to run the front line expo in the kitchen.
Candidate should have previous restaurant experience, either front or back of the house, and should excel at multi tasking, organization and attention to detail. This is a superb opportunity for the right candidate. The position will not require the candidate to call out tickets to the chefs, he or she will organize the tickets for the front of the house runners and ensure all food gets to the correct tables.
