Assistant Restaurant Manager Taco Bell - Salaried Non Exempt Assistant Manager Job Description Becoming a Taco Bell Assistant Manager is a great stepping stone toward being a salaried General Manager for one of the country's fastest growing and largest quick service restaurant brands. Working directly with the General Manager, Assistant Managers are the store's second in command and will have similar duties and responsibilities as General Managers.
