Customer Service Representative: Pay: $12-14 DOE. Temp to Hire with our Valued Client. Excellent Company! Great Opportunity! Work location is in Greenville 29607 Area.
Summary: To deliver superior customer service at all times in all situations. Position is responsible for providing customers with high quality, professional customer service and act as an extension of the customer. Position will perform customer service functions with special emphasis on communications, problem solving, inventory control, and interpersonal skills. Establish and maintain effective working relationships with associates, agencies, customers, and the public.
Major Tasks, Responsibilities, and Key Accountabilities
Assists customers on all answers questions, offers solutions, and researches issues in a timely and positive manner.
Accurate input and verification of merchandise receipts on a timely basis.
Generation and retention of all required reporting.
Processing customer orders on a timely and accurate basis according to customer request.
Communicates with the customer verbally and in writing with a professional and positive attitude.
Work with operations manager/supervisor/associates when needed
Shipping and Receiving duties as needed.
Additional duties as assigned.
Skills and Qualifications
Completion of High School Diploma and/or equivalent is required
Must have minimum of 6 months experience in a customer service role
Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook required.
Experience working in a warehouse environment preferred.
Working knowledge of Business English, spelling, and arithmetic and office practices/procedures required.
Walk In from 9AM - 11AM or 2PM - 4PM Monday to Friday or call for an appointment
