Time Warner Cable currently seeks a Manager, Field Sales for our Commercial Services Department. Below please find a brief description of the essential duties and responsibilities required to function successfully in this position.

Position Summary:
The purpose of this position is to manage, supervise and direct the sales programs and activities of the sales staff involved in selling High Speed Data, Fiber Data, Business Class Phone and Cable Television services. Has extensive contact with office and field personnel, marketing staff and general public. This position has full supervisory responsibilities and reports to the Commercial Director of Enterprise Sales for the Texas market.

Essential Job Functions:
1. Manage Enterprise Account Executives in the major account level space.
2. Hiring, training, evaluations, and terminations. Monitor the Enterprise Account Executives in all areas of their daily assignments.
3. Establish sales goals and monitor the sales team in both maintenance and acquisition of accounts.
4. Oversee daily activities, including: Recruit, train, motivate, and develop a team of Account Executives into a productive, cohesive unit to increase productivity and exceed minimum quotas.
5. Conduct sales staff meetings.
6. Daily: Attend sales calls with sales reps.
7. Provide weekly sales summaries and reports.
8. Assign high priority customers and/or develop business with significant long-term potential.
9. Perform special projects and act upon long-term business building opportunities as assigned.
10. Travel as required.
11. Comply with all established policies and procedures of Time Warner Cable.
12. Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:
1. Minimum of three years in cable sales, data, telecom or related selling experience is required.
2. Previous Enterprise Level Account Sales experience in a Telecom environment
3. Previous Sales Management experience in a Telecom environment
4. Working knowledge of data and cable industry
5. Ability to supervise personnel and manage office procedures
6. Ability to organize, implement and maintain sales goals

Education & Experience:
This position requires a high school diploma or recognized equivalent. Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
