Job responsibilities:
-Perform accounting & clerical functions to support finance department
-Billing (multiple companies)
-Order processing, order creation (BOSI)
-input vouchers, invoices (AOI,BOSI)
-responds to customer inquiries
-Code, total, batch, and reconcile transactions related to accounts payable, purchasing
Requirements-
-Minimum 3 years of work experience in accounts payable or accounting
-Effective communication skills with individuals at all levels of the organization
-Team design experience a plus
-Able to work efficiently as part of a team
-Able to work well under pressure and meet set deadlines
-Good organizational, time management, and prioritizing skills
