Responsibilities

HauteLook currently has an opening in our brand new air conditioned facility in San Bernardino for a Fulfillment Center Associate I. We are seeking a motivated and hardworking individual to join our team! They will be working for one or more of the following areas: Receiving, Shipping, Returns, Order Processing, or Inventory Control.

• Count and sort retail product including garments, accessories, home goods and jewelry
• Put away/store retail merchandise in accordance with company policies and procedures
• Move retail merchandise/fulfillment center equipment with a pallet jack
• Pick/pack retail merchandise efficiently/effectively, on all levels of a multi-level mezzanine
• Sorting merchandise individually into numerous boxes with the use of an RF scanner
• Complete and report physical counts of inventory by cycle counts
• Maintain all established company production rates/metric/key production indicators
• Maintain all established company quality and safety requirements/programs
• Other duties in accordance with the needs of the business
• Receive and ship member orders accurately, in accordance with company policies and procedures

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience operating in a warehouse, distribution or fulfillment center environment
• Experience working with handheld scanners (RF Scan Guns) in a warehouse, distribution or fulfillment center environment
• Ability to operate motorized equipment a plus
• Ability to lift / move 50 lbs. consistently for scheduled shifts
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Ability to follow leadership direction and Fulfillment Center processes at all times
• Computer literate (MS Office, email, etc.)
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Ability to maintain a pleasant, positive disposition
• Excellent organization skills and strong attention to detail
• Ability to work well in a team oriented environment
