Pratt & Whitney AutoAir is the United Technologies Corporation composite manufacturing center of excellence for aerospace OEM and MRO products, and is a sourced supplier on several new engine programs with noteworthy growth in the coming years.
Due to this growth, our business is in need of hourly associates for our facilities in Lansing, Michigan.
This position will involve the following: Cutting, sizing, and measuring state of the art composite materials in accordance with process sheet instructions. Disassembly and assembly of aircraft components. Manipulating state of the art materials by stretching and heating to secure material to form molds. Performing composite and metal fabrication as well as finishing work within extremely tight tolerances to achieve required quality requirements.
