Restaurant Manager - Kitchen - Full-time / Part-time

Chick-fil-A Lincoln Highway East is looking for energetic, fun-loving, hard-working Culinary Managers to join our amazing Team. Culinary Managers oversee all kitchen operations, toward our mission of serving crave-able food according to our operational excellence standards. As a Culinary Manager you will have the privilege of leading our team to success by ensuring Chick-fil-A standards and food service laws are practiced and upheld, ensuring culinary and shift activities are effectively organized and executed throughout each day, helping to drive, deliver, and motivate an effective and fast flow and speed of service, minimizing food waste, problem solving various guest, team member, and kitchen situations, implementing safety procedures and cleanliness standards, working with our leadership team in consistently striving towards excellence, etc. It will also be your responsibility to actively demonstrate while working alongside our team members the consistent high quality food and speed of service we strive to always deliver at Chick-fil-A.
