Home Instead Senior Care is an Employee Owned company servicing the non-medical needs of individuals. We are currently seeking an innovative Sales and Marketing Manager who will be responsible for all the sales and marketing functions for the company. This will include managing a sales team, contract negotiation, development of marketing materials, oversight of online and media presence, special events and any other function as it relates to and supports revenue growth.
 
Responsibilities
  • Execute a comprehensive business plan that results in achievement of revenue goals. Maximize profitability through effective selling strategies, working closely with the management team
  • Develop and implement strategies for results-oriented marketing for the overall organization
  • Manage and perform market research as required
  • Hold direct reports and sales personnel accountable for good performance and established Excellent Performance Outcomes, addressing issues as required in a timely manner
  • Provide clear direction and coaching to direct reports and sales personnel
  • Manage the company’s online presence
  • Oversee the follow up on all sales leads & inquiries. Schedule calls, appointments, report back on quotations made and outcomes. Track in customer database.
  • To constantly be aware of new business opportunities and act on them promptly.
  • To liaise closely with the management team on all details for a prospective new contract and gain their agreement on all details.
  • Lead, manage and coordinate strategic marketing, sales, recruiting, advertising and public relations activities to achieve company projections and goals
  • Remain active in the business community to ensure on-going networking opportunities for the organization
  • Develop and continually meet revenue and sales goals
  • Constantly monitor and be aware of competitor activity
  • Helps to develop short and long term financial and performance goals and create action plans to reach goals
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • At least five years of marketing experience
  • Energetic, personable, and process driven person to solicit new sales
  • Strong work ethic, and excellent track record of surpassing goals
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Professional demeanor with the ability to interact with all types of clients
