We do not require any experience in the restaurant industry, as our systems are designed to be fairly easy to learn. However, some restaurant experience would be a plus. We cannot teach someone to have a great attitude, which is why an outstanding attitude and personality are what we look for in potential employees. Which Wich is a fast paced environment and we are looking for people who can work with a sense of urgency to "WOW" our guests.

Requirements:

• Must be 21+
• Dedication to Customer service
• High Energy
• Have reliable transportation
• Flexibility to work day, night AND weekend hours
• Ability to multi-task and move at a fast pace
• Previous food and beverage management experience (Assistant manager applicants)
