We are interviewing for a variety of roles within Operations Support in both Draper, Utah and Glendale, Arizona. The ideal candidate is professional, results-oriented, dedicated and looking for a long-term career. We offer full and part-time opportunities but all new hires must be available to attend training during the day. I. Customer Support (“CS”) basic qualifications;

  • Customer Service experience with impeccable interpersonal skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Computer & Typing literacy/proficiency, working with multiple software applications/screens simultaneously
  • Phone Experience in a customer service/call center environment preferred
  • High school Diploma or GED equivalent, must also be 18 years or older

II. Collections Representatives

We love our customers and are dedicated to providing an extremely high level of support. Our Collections Representatives will review aberrant accounts and respectfully communicate with customers to promote timely payments. Employees best qualified for this role will possess all Customer Support qualifications (above), prior collections experience, a demonstrated ability to remain “calm and cool” under pressure, thrive in a competitive environment and be detail orientated in order to properly update customer activity.
