Ready to become the next Tech Guru? Progressive Leasing is now interviewing for multiple Contract, Technical Support Analysts to join our IT Service Desk team providing mission critical support to our employees.
What You’ll Do:
• Escalate issues and provide updates to stakeholders for desktop and application tickets.
• Assist with maintaining records and databases containing information regarding licenses, warranties, and service agreements for the organization's hardware and software
• Provide tasks such as: imaging computers and checking inventory levels
• Manage and execute requests for multiple IT needs, including: headsets, keyboards and mice, laptops, desktops and software
• Facilitate logins, account support, and various other system administration duties.

Preferred Experience & Qualifications:
• Knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a Help Desk/Service Desk Environment
• 2-3 years information systems experience, including 1 year of experience working directly with PC hardware and software
• Knowledge of Microsoft technologies in the enterprise
• Advanced knowledge of Google Apps for Business
• Certifications (such as A+) a strong plus but not required
• Basic understanding of ITIL, in particular ITSM
• Associate’s degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school

Physical Requirements:
• Must be able to walk, bend, stoop, balance and reach for extended periods of time
• Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs
