* Talent Management -- developing tools and programs to increase employee engagement

* Organizational Development -- develop a toolkit for HR Business Partners

* Compensation -- update job family progressions and compensation strategies for various functional teams

* Analytics -- Roll-out workforce analytical tools to HR and managers from SuccessFactors HRIS system

Responsibilities:

Interface and partner with all levels of employees Accomplish multiple projects simultaneously Assist with planning of training events Provide best in class customer service Provide analytical support Assist with recurring reporting activities Assist with basic instructional design Prepare and organize presentation slides and storyboards Use intermediate and advanced functions in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Structure and convey information in verbal and written presentation formats Research and collect data for various HR initiatives Network with internal and external constituents Assist with web development Other duties as assigned Minimum Qualifications:

Ability to handle confidential information Proficient Microsoft Office and computer skills Strong sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines Highly motivated, organized, reliable, and detailed oriented Strong written and verbal communication skills Quick learner and capable of multitasking Flexible and adapts well to change Professional appearance and attitude Preferred Qualifications:

Entry Level Experience as an HR Generalist or HR Business Partner in a fast paced environment Large company experience Proven success interfacing with Executive business stakeholders Experience in talent management Experience in corporate training Experience with file system hierarchy Experience with Content Management System Functionality Basic Experience in Web Design and Development Experience with Graphic Design Tools such as Photoshop Experience with Instructional Design Tools such as Articulate Storyline

The Training and Learning Team is responsible for developing and deploying organization wide training programs. These programs include: basic skills training, certification, compliance, and targeted offerings designed to address strategic initiatives.
