The Sling TV Partner Manager reports to the Senior Partner Manager and will act as a liaison between the tier 2 programmers on the Sling TV service and various internal departments, such as direct marketing, indirect marketing, direct mail marketing, design, editorial, social, and product. 

 

Job Duties and Responsibilities: 

 

Work closely with the programmers to obtain relevant creative assets to be used to promote Sling TV in various ecosystems.

Ensure programmers are providing Sling TV with the latest and greatest assets from their top priority brands, as well as up-to-date programming calendars.

Provide programmer guidelines to all internal departments to ensure Sling is meeting all legal and brand requirements.

Act as the conduit between internal departments and programmers to request and obtain approvals on all materials that use programmer assets to promote Sling TV.

Be the main point of contact for programmers to handle and resolve any issues/problems with regards to Sling’s promotional efforts.

Work closely with all aspects of marketing to exploit opportunities for co-promotion using CMF.

Work closely with Editorial, Design, Operations, and Product teams to ensure that content is displayed properly, maintaining brand integrity, and heavily promoted on the site, on the blog, and on social media.

A successful Partner Manager will have the following: 

 

5+ years of client management experience

Ability to successfully work and build influence across functional and organizational boundaries. Strong organization skills and ability to manage multiple partners.

Ability to work well under pressure and execute aggressive deadlines under changing business dynamics.

Must be comfortable and seasoned dealing with partners and representing the company.

Interest in TV, movies, and OTT video services.
