  • Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university and 5 years related experience, including 2 years of supervisory/management experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience (Master's degree a plus)
  • Ability to effectively respond to and interact with all levels of organizational staff
  • Superior presentation/facilitation, organizational, analytical, interpersonal and written/oral communication skills
  • Flexible and innovative leadership philosophy that allows you to drive responsibilities and priorities in a fast paced, growth-oriented and time-critical environment

The Business Operations Manager is a unique role that combines data analysis with the creativity to design, deploy, and monitor tactics and incentives to help improve overall metrics performance. The ideal candidate will be a leader who enjoys analytics, but is also inherently determined to understand each business lever and can design strategies to help improve results.  Applicants must have the need to understand how behavior impacts performance, forecast resource needs based on historical business trends, and be able understand the “why’s” and “how’s” that drive behavior.  This role is a balance between analyzing numbers for an executive presentation, coaching and developing a team of analytical employees who support our workforce, and also designing and implementing solutions to help improve metric performance.

 

Primary responsibilities fall into the following categories:

  • Provide strategic support, analysis, and new initiatives to improve overall daily performance
  • Challenging and guiding a team of analysts to push new methods of data analysis, operational support, and metrics adherence
  • Building and constantly improving relationships with our External partners
  • Analyzing workforce performance metrics and also helping ensure they are adequately measuring the correct behavior.  
  • Aligning with and gaining the support from Senior Leadership
  • The ability to hire, train, and develop future leaders of the organization
