Job Title: Project Coordinator- Contract Labor
Reports To: Supervisor - Contract Labor, Project Management
Basic Job Functions:
Provides coordination of contract labor records management and processing, purchase order procurement, and functional administration for all Engineering, Procurement and Construction activities. Ensures compliance with tracking, invoicing, and database management of contract labor in both office and field environments. Reviews invoices for accuracy and ensure payments are processed on time. Ability to communicate across multiple functional groups to obtain necessary information for the contractor hiring process.

Experience:
2-3 years of experience in billing, invoicing, and account reconciliation with outside vendors and firms

Education:
AA /AS, or years equivalent in related project management or construction field

Required Skills:

Strong verbal and written communication skills
Must be able to act independently and take a proactive approach to tasks

Essential Functions & Responsibilities
Ensure all activities are executed with a Safety First mentality.
Apply strong administrative support to assist in procurement, expediting purchase orders, and processing invoices
Work with internal teams to ensure contract labor Purchase Orders are current.
Track contract labor timecards for purchase order depletion, and spending trend
Update and maintain contractor database with current information
Assist with various project site and management teams for reporting purposes as requested
Coordinate meetings and interface with multiple staffing firms and agencies
Support financial reporting and cost tracking for weekly and monthly reports to internal departments.
Ability to react quickly in a rapidly changing environment working effectively with a broad range of technical operations, and management personnel.
