Role: MCAD Support and Administrator
Location: San Francisco, CA (94105)
Type: Contract
Duration: 12+ months
Responsibilities:
Provide support to Product Development groups for all CAD and Data Management topics
Manage CAD Application (Creo, SolidWorks, NX, Catia) installs, configurations, templates, upgrades and enhancements
Support Data Exchange and Import-Export of CAD data from a multitude of CAD applications and export formats, STEP, IGES, DXF, PDF, IDX and next generation formats such as IDX etc
Manage setup and access control for PDM Libraries, Products and Projects
Support vendor onboarding into PDM Systems such as Windchill and EPDM along including training and configuration
Develop best practices for all Design Engineers by creating and documenting workflows and protocols
Troubleshoot and Resolve CAD and PDM issues and other application integration issues for client diverse multi CAD environment
Facilitate efficient vendor management for joint design partners and third party design vendors
Required Skills:
CAD Application Management Experience
Product Data Management experience
Preferred Skills:
MCAD Administration experience
