General Summary:
This position contributes to the success of the Pepsi Beverage Company by supervising the loading bulk and bay trucks for the location.
General Duties Include:
Supervise night load crew during building and loading of all DSD delivery's
Provide coaching and counseling to loaders on performance
Track performance on Accurate pallets, Loaders CPH, Gap time, Voice Pick Utilization
Maintain daily Voice Pick maintenance throughout the shift (remove OOS, layers for MLP, full pallets)
Maintain ACE system, Slotting and Layout of the location
Maintain a daily/weekly attendance schedule
Maintain housekeeping and safety standards
Provide feedback to PAS on workflow, load issues, and developmental opportunities of the night load employees
Systems Knowledge:
Voice Pick
ACE system
Route Console
Operation Dashboard
LTTS
Dispatch System
Kronos
ERT
Qualifications:
A minimum of 2 years of Operations or Logistics experience
Ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings and/or weekends
Preferred Job Qualifications:
Previous supervisory experience
Bachelor's Degree
Experience in consumer packaged goods or a related industry a plus
