Spa Group Administrator - Part Time
The Spa Group Administrator will deliver the standards of The Spa and Well & Being etiquette and service in all interactions with guests and staff. Consistency and understanding when implementing The Spa and Fairmont business objectives, as they relate to operations, finance, human resources, marketing and health & safety is imperative.
They will provide support to the Assistant Spa Operations Manager/Groups for any group related needs. Additionally will provide support for any miscellaneous operational or administrative duties for other Assistant Spa Operations Managers.

Summary of Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Assistant Spa Operations Manager, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
Spa Group operational duties
Inputting of group spa blocks in Spa Soft
Reviewing Spa Group rooming lists for accuracy
Hosting Spa Group attendees on day of events -- touring
Facilitate group registration desks
Assist "day of" billing to ensure accuracy for accounting
Spa'rty Support duties
Point person for "day of" Spa'rty event
Coordinate lunch orders/signage/customized requests
Ensure Spa'rty gifts are properly assigned
Miscellaneous administration support
Turn away report
Discount/Promotion report
Call stats
Confirming "strategic partnership" payouts (i.e. Travel Zoo, Groupon, local charities)
Qualifications:
High School graduate or similar level of education in a related field or equivalent experience.
Ability to communicate fluently in the primary language of the workplace, both verbally and nonverbally.
Ability to perform mathematical calculations with speed and accuracy.
Work independently and take initiative with minimal supervision.
Ability to create a professional and comfortable environment for all spa guests and employees through the demonstration of excellent interpersonal skills.
Exhibit the technical skill of computer literacy and competency in learning new software programs.
Ability to make rational business decisions and demonstrate analytical thinking and acute problem solving.
Anticipate guest needs and respond with congenial hospitality.
Highly organized, ability to multi-task and work well within a team.
Ability to respond to guest concerns with urgency and professionalism.
Previous experience in spas, hotels, administration, customer service or retail is preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Specifically Excel, Word and Outlook
Excellent verbal and written skills
Preferred exposure to luxury spa/hospitality industry
Physical Aspects of Position (include but are not limited to):
Constant standing and walking throughout shift
Visa Requirements: Proof of eligibility to work in the United States is required.
