PRN CARDIAC CATH LAB TECH - PRN
Cardiac catheterization tech to act in scrub and recorder roles for diagnostic and interventional catheterizations and other related procedures. Inserts small catheters through a needle into the blood vessels and into the heart so that X-rays, angiograms and other recordings can be taken to determine the heart's structure and function. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks, including inventory control. Works under general supervision. RCIS certification or CRT licensure, as well as BLS and ACLS certification required.
Previous experience preferred.
