This role is at the center of the business with the main responsibility of connecting our caregiving workforce with the needs of our senior clients. This person must thrive in a fast-paced environment, be able to motivate and inspire a team and effectively respond to the changing needs of the seniors we serve.
The Service Coordinator manages the day-to-day scheduling operations in our Jackson office. The primary focus will be filling shifts using computer software to match clients with the most appropriate Caregivers. This involves extensive one-on-one interaction via phone with our aging clients, their families, and our Caregiving staff.

- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and a willingness to work successfully at multiple tasks at the same time.
- Empathy for aging adults and an understanding of how best to support our Caregivers in what can be a stressful and challenging role.
- Critical thinking skills and the ability to work creatively and at times independently to produce an optimum solution.
Requirements:
- High school graduation or the equivalent; Associates Degree or higher education preferred; Caregiver experience is a plus
- One year of related business experience or an equivalent combination of education and work experience may be considered
- Availability to complete some on-call duties
- Must have a vehicle, current driver’s license, and current automobile insurance.
- Driving record review, criminal background check, and drug screen conducted in hiring process.
