Experienced Broiler Cook
Basic Function:
Our Broiler position supports the kitchen by cooking and broiling steaks and grilled entrees to Guest satisfaction. Handles all line set up, re-fires, and re-makes quickly. Serves as a lead person on the line and ensures adherence to recipes, specs, and quality standards. Works closely with Expeditor and kitchen staff to keep even flow in kitchen.
Position Requirements:
- 1 - 3 years restaurant kitchen experience
- Skilled use of knives and all kitchen equipment while following all Safety guidelines
- Good people skills. Able to work well with co-workers
- Valid Health Card (where applicable)
- Ability to read and follow recipes
- Good personal hygiene
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Able to lift up to 30 lbs
