Be a part of the Administrative Services world - coordinate, organize, and support a team in a fast-paced environment.

Humana is seeking an Operations Support Administrator to provide effective organizational support, building a strong foundation upon which Humana's business objectives and value proposition can be executed

Post financial transactions

Fax documents

Maintain organization over all documents and filing activity

Make copies

Run daily/weekly/monthly reports for leadership

High School Diploma or equivalent

Proficiency in all Microsoft Office Programs, e.g. Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, etc.

Ability of type 50-55 wpm

Capacity to maintain confidentiality and work independently in support of the department Role Desirables

Prior Accounts data entry experience

Experience with internet research and proof-reading/editing

Self- Driven Reporting Relationships

You will report to a department supervisor. This area is under the leadership of the SVP & Chief Operating Officer.

Additional Information

Department Hours: 6:00am- 8:00pm (seeking later shift ) Monday - Friday, Saturday rotation and Overtime as needed. Hours subject to change based on business needs.
