We have a great opportunity with growth potential for a Recruiter at Staff Management in Indianapolis, IN. The High Skilled Recruiter position is a full time position that will work on a full time basis. The recruiter position is responsible for all recruiting, sourcing, interviewing, and hiring. The Recruiter will also identify qualified passive candidates through job boards and social media; develop job descriptions; prepare market analytics. In addition to recruiting, this position may involve processing outbound and inbound calls, filing paperwork, submitting background checks and other administrative duties involved with recruiting.

Our exciting, fast-paced environment is a good fit for candidates with excellent multi-tasking skills. In this position most of your time would be spent interacting with the Directors and other Managers, so exceptional communication skills are a must. The typical schedule for this position is Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm, but you must be able to work outside of these hours when necessary.

What you'll do:

* Strongly managing the recruiting process by providing excellent organizational and communication skills.
* Generate and present daily and monthly reports.
* Providing strong customer service skills.
* Being proficient in resume sourcing and cold calling prospective candidates.
* Processing full cycle recruiting on potential candidates (from advertising, to screening and conducting telephone interviews).
* Creating new requisition files.
* Identify resolution to issues and take actions.
* Working in a fast paced environment, recruiting for numerous positions nationwide.
* Comfortable communicating with the management team regarding the progress of campaigns.

What you bring to the table:

* High School Diploma/GED required. Bachelor's Degree preferred.
* Highly motivated individual willing to work flexible with hours if needed.
* Good interpersonal skills with the ability to develop strong relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and other team members.
* Great verbal and written communication skills
* Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new software
* Strong Team Player who can work well with colleagues to reach team goals
* Minimum of 1 year recruiting experience.
* Prefer experience with ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
* Computer Skills (MS Office, Excel, PPT and Word).
