HEDIS Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse needed for a contract opportunity with Yoh's client located in various locations through New Jersey.


Length of Project: 01/19/2016-5/30/2016


Top Skills You Should Possess:


    - LPN or RN


What You'll Be Doing:


    - Conduct medical record abstraction and reviews
    - Review required data analysis and research within the organizations data systems
    - Ensure HEDIS processes and outcomes comply with all applicable accreditation standards and regulatory requirements.


What You Need to Bring to the Table:


    - RN or LPN
    - Three plus (3+) years clinical experience.
    - Three plus (3+) years chart auditing/abstraction experience which will include experience with HEDIS.
    - Flexibility to travel to areas as needed.
    - Excellent skill set to read and interpret physician handwriting


Bonus Points! Otherwise Known As Preferred Qualifications:


    - Bachelor Degree preferred.
