If so, we are inerested in talking to you further about a Home-Based Sales Specialist for HERTZ - A leader in the Travel Industry.
Ensure a positive Hertz customer experience by:
Efficiently handling the phone calls to generate sales for you and Hertz Answering customer questions accurately regarding Hertz rates and services Overcoming objections and booking customer reservations. Utilizing sales techniques to maximize revenue opportunities with Hertz customers. Contribute to center productivity by maintaining acceptable attendance, remaining signed in and being available to take calls. Must be flexible to work any shift including days, evenings, weekends and holidays ! Must live within 90 minutes of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma
REQUIRED: Must have an internet connection that will deliver 15Mbs download speed
Mandatory Requirements:
Skills/Experience:
Prior Sales experience preferably in a call center environment
Exhibit a passion for obtaining the sale
Excellent customer service skills along with excellent oral communication skills
Dedicated home office environment to enable distraction-free work Must have High School Diploma or GED equivalent Must be able to type 25 wpm and have basic computer application skills
