Qualifications:

As a member of the National Sales group within Wells Fargo Advisors, the Regional Banking Director will, in collaboration with the Area Sales Managers and Internal Business Development Consultants in their assigned region, support regional managers through analysis and advice of Well Fargo's Lending and Banking products and services.

Responsibilities include:

* Collaborating across Wealth, Brokerage and Retirement (WBR) to provide regional management with bank product, distribution and service support.

* Building, maintaining and leveraging WBR partnerships across the region such as Home Mortgage Consultants, Private Bankers, etc.

* Assisting regional management with issue resolution as clients are referred and go through deal processing.

* Assisting with complex deal management.

* Achieving regional lending and banking goals by coordinating sales activities within their assigned territory.

* Building relationships with managers to allow for successful adoption of consumer lending and other bank products that meet the needs of Financial Advisors' clients.

This position is based in the PCG region that the team member will cover -- Washington, D.C., Annapolis, MD,Baltimore, MD,Bel Air, MD,Bethesda, MD, Columbia, MD, Hunt Valley, MD, Lutherville, MD, Rockville, MD,Towson, MD, Alexandria, VA, and Mclean, VA.

The Regional Banking Director will support both the PCG and FiNet channels. Applicants must currently reside in the regional territory or be willing to relocate with very limited or no financial assistance to be considered for the opportunity.

5+ years experience in sales, marketing or consulting. 5+ years of experience within the financial services industry 5+ years of financial services sales experience Expert knowledge and understanding of lending and banking products and solutions FINRA Series 7 license required or ability to obtain within 6 months Superior relationship building, business development and service skills, with proven ability to consistently achieve top results. Established ability to derive innovative solutions Proven ability to maintain poise, presence and professionalism with FAs and their clients in difficult circumstances Well organized with careful attention to detail High level of customer service and demonstrated experience with advanced problem resolution Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to travel within and outside the region including overnight stays. * 2+ years of brokerage industry experience with a demonstrated knowledge of the varied brokerage products and services

* Experience partnering with full-service financial advisors and branch managers on cross-sell initiatives

* Established relationships across Wells Fargo

* Undergraduate degree

* Medium to Large enterprise experience

* FINRA Series 63 and 65 or 66
