HRS REPAIR ANALYST

Position Purpose

The primary responsibilities of the role will be the review of the bidding and estimating. The individual will conduct pre and post review of of scope of work. Associate will also be instrumental in the standardization of pricing for line items and scope of work for existing projects. This individual will work closely with the Account Management team to ensure accuracy while providing quality assurance pre and post. Associate will also review Service Provier pricing trends, track changes and be responsible for maintaining a database of the information.

Major Tasks, Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities

• Deliver Bids / Invoicing for Accuracy
• Track changes and client pricing history
• Prepare material take-offs
• Create and maintain a data base of pricing for ongoing projects

Nature and Scope

• Department: Home Renovation Services
• Position reports to the Account Manager or Repair Manager
• No direct responsibility for supervising others.

Environmental Job Requirements

• Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.
• Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time.

Minimum Qualifications - 
Must be eighteen years of age
Must pass the Drug Test
Must pass the Background Check
Must pass pre-employment tests if applicable


Education Required -
The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a bachelor's degree program or equivalent degree in a field of study related to the job. 

Years of Relevant Experience - 05 

Phyical Requirements -
Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles. 

Preferred Qualifications- 

• 2-5 years residential estimating experience
• 1-3 years commercial estimating experience 
• Strong math skills, analytical skills and computer skills

• Excellent communication skills with particular emphasis in construction industry terms and conditions. 
• Self-motivated, organized and attentive to detail with ability to handle multiple projects at one time. 
• Strong negotiating skills; strong math and computer skills 
• Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. 
• Computer literate with proficiency in MS Excel/Access and Word
