About this job
Seeking a self-motivated, highly professional Spa Director for a new upcoming full line beauty salon. The salon will have concentration areas in Hair, Nails, Facials, Waxing, Eyebrow Threading, Make-up, with special services including Laser Hair Removal, Botox, and Spray Tanning.
Job Requirements include but are not limited to:
-Achieve annual and monthly sales goals within operating budgets
-Recruit, and retain a high performing team
-Monitor store and individual employee sales performance to maintain or increase sales productivity, client retention, rebooking.
-Maintain and build community partnerships
-Manage execution of in-store events and product launches
-Conduct daily walk through of the Spa operation to ensure cleanliness, maintenance of facility and maintenance of equipment.
-Meet or exceed monthly membership quotas.
-Meet or exceed monthly sales goals in both services and products
-Ensure all certificates, licenses and accreditations that are required are current.
-Oversee entire Spa staff and operation including but not limited to hiring, firing and disciplinary action of employees.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
-Degree in Hotel or Spa Management preferred but not required or three years in related field with management experience is required. Training employees, marketing, hiring and firing of employees, management and daily operations is a must.
