Colorado Mountain Express is the premier transportation operator in the state of Colorado, providing professional and reliable transportation service to mountain resort locations of Vail, Beaver Creek, Breckenridge, Keystone, Copper Mountain, Aspen and Snowmass.  CME's service offerings include Door-to-Door and Point-to-Point airport transportation service from Denver International Airport (DEN), Eagle County Regional Airport (EGE) and Aspen Pitkin County Airport (ASE),  CME has one of the largest fleets in Colorado - 200, 15-passenger shared ride shuttle vans, 50 luxury SUVs and 12 beautiful 11-passenger Mercedes Benz Sprinter vehicles.

The Fleet Tech is responsible for vehicle maintenance which includes but not limited to oil changes and tire rotations to vehicles within the CME fleet.   

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintain high quality vehicles with proper preventative maintenance
• Perform oil changes and tire rotations under supervision and in accordance with fleet maintenance schedule
• Understand, communicate, and adhere to all regulations related to: OSHA, MSDS, HAZMAT, shop safety, and CDL requirements
• Maintain shop safety standards and shop productivity level
• Other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

• High school diploma or equivalent - Required
• Valid CO DL - Required
• Be at least 21 years old with at least three years of driving experience - Required
• Have a Motor Vehicle Record (or list of traffic offenses) and background check that meets company safety standards - Required
• Meet all U.S. Federal and State regulations pertaining to the transportation of passengers by commercial drivers - Required
• Be able to read, write, speak and comprehend the English language - Required
• Pass a pre-employment drug test - Required
• Pass a U.S. Department of Transportation physical examination - Required
• Have not had a conviction within the past five years of DUI, DWI, DWAI, Reckless or Negligent, Revoked, Suspended or a combination of violations - Required
• Have not had more than three moving violations(including no more than one preventable crash) during the previous 36 months - Required
