We are looking to hire a STAFFING SERVICE SUPERVISOR who wants to make a difference in the lives of others!
Under direction of the Senior Staffing Manager; provides assistance in planning and staffing assignments. Must have knowledge and ability to supervise others. Must like to work with seniors and caregivers and have ability to work with them to understand their needs. Must have ability to problem solve.
Primary Responsibilities Include:
Introduce Client to Caregivers
Review Staffing needs with Staffing Manager
Perform Care Consultation
100% of office calls answered in a friendly, professional and knowledgeable timely manner
Must demonstrate effective interpersonal skills and good sound judgment
Must be proficient in Word/Excel and Outlook (will train on company based software program)
Must be very flexible with time
Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen
Valid driver's license, reliable transportation and proof of auto insurance
