Property Management Inspector/Maintenance
LOCATION: Portland Metro
SALARY: $15 hour
JOB DESCRIPTION: Property management company has multiple properties and is in need of a full time unit inspector. This position will vary 30-40 hours a week depending on the busy season of the year. Will travel to different property sites and inspect units after move out to assess cleaning and repair needs. Scheduling of cleaning and maintenance crews and supervising work until complete. Must have own vehicle and good driving record. Reimbursed for mileage.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Property Management maintenance experience. Construction, handy man repair experience.
A criminal background check and/or drug screen may be required.
