Key responsibilities include:
* Provides direct care to residents following an individual service plan, treats each person with respect and dignity, recognizes individual needs, and encourages independence
* Assisting residents with activities of daily living to include: bathing, dressing, grooming, personal laundry, medication, meals, etc.
* Transferring and getting residents to and from activities and meals according to their individual service plans
* Serving meals to residents in the dining room or their apartments
* Encouraging residents to socialize and participate in activities and promoting independence
* Assisting with general housekeeping, laundry, and cleaning
* Observing and recording changes in residents' eating habits, and reporting such occurrences to supervisor
* Fostering a home-like environment throughout the community by encouraging activity participation and independence, and providing emotional support

We seek the following qualifications:
* High School diploma or GED
* Compassionate and caring
* Must enjoy working with the senior population
* 1 year of experience; memory care and assisted living experience preferred
* Flexibility with schedule
